ABOUT THE AWARDS
The Engineering Talent Awards 2026, powered by EqualEngineers, is returning to London for a celebration of engineering and technology talent across the UK.
Taking place at the Leonardo Royal Hotel London City, this year’s event will bring guests together for an evening of recognition, connection and celebration. The evening will begin with networking, giving guests the opportunity to connect with peers, colleagues, finalists, sponsors and industry leaders, before taking their seats for a sit-down dinner and the awards ceremony.
Guests are encouraged to dress in black tie for the occasion. Following the ceremony, the celebration will continue with a dance floor, giving everyone the chance to celebrate together after the winners have been announced.
The Engineering Talent Awards celebrates the diversity of the engineering and technology profession. The awards aim to raise the profile of engineering and technology across the UK and highlight diversity in engineering on a national platform. Through showcasing role models and inspiring people, we can celebrate the diversity of organisations and engineers.
Category winners of the Engineering Talent Awards 2026 will be announced on the night, along with the Overall Excellence in Engineering award.
