The judges will be looking for:

• Demonstrated success of an innovative solution to improve engineering.
• How you are inspiring others to consider a career in engineering.
• Evidence of how you support and mentor existing engineers.
• Engineers challenging the status quo of being an engineer.

Eligibility criteria:

• Open to any professionally registered engineer registered with a professional engineering institution i.e. (Engineering Technician (EngTech); Incorporated Engineer (IEng); Chartered Engineer (CEng); Information and Communications Technology Technician (ICTTech)
• You will be registered with the Engineering Council.
