Studying whilst working is a big commitment and there is still work to do to challenge stereotypes about what apprenticeships are, and what an apprentice looks like. 

Judges will be looking for: 

• Apprentices who have introduced innovative solutions within the engineering workplace.  

• Evidence of their active promotion of diversity and inclusivity. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

You will be registered on (or completed in the last 12 months) an apprenticeship in an engineering discipline working at an employer and spending a portion of time on training. This award is open to apprenticeships at all levels.
