The judges will be looking for:

• Demonstrated success of an innovative solution to improve engineering.
• Evidence of the ambassador roles you have taken on to promote diversity in engineering

Eligibility criteria:

• You will have recently completed a degree in engineering and have a started a graduate position in the last two years working towards chartership.
