Celebrates recent engineering graduates who have demonstrated innovation and leadership. 

Judges will be looking for: 

• Graduates who have effectively transitioned from academic settings to impactful careers,  

• Evidence of their active promotion of diversity and inclusivity. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

Must have completed an engineering degree and started a graduate position within the last two years.
