This award is for an inspiring individual who has left the profession (for whatever reason) and has made the conscious decision to return to the profession and has done so with success. 

Judges will be looking for: 

• Returners who have demonstrated excellence and innovation in their contributions since rejoining the engineering field. 

• Evidence of their active promotion of diversity and inclusivity. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

Must have returned to an engineering role within the last 24 months after being out of employment from the industry for over 12 months.
