People look up to leadership teams for examples on ‘how to’ role model behaviours. This award will recognise an individual who has made it their mission to improve the culture of engineering. 

Judges will be looking for: 

• Leaders who have inspired organisational change and promoted a culture of inclusivity and diversity. 

• Evidence of their active promotion of diversity and inclusivity. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

Open to individuals who are part of a leadership team in an engineering organisation.
