ABOUT THE AWARDS
The Engineering Talent Awards 2025, powered by EqualEngineers, is heading to Manchester for the very first time – and we’re bringing a bold new look to the celebration! This year we’re introducing a brand-new venue and a more informal format designed to spark conversations and make networking easier and more enjoyable.
We’re swapping formal table plans for a relaxed drinks reception, where guests will enjoy a substantial canapé dinner keeping the evening flowing and giving everyone more time to connect, before heading through to reserved tables for the awards ceremony. While we still encourage you to dress to impress – whatever that means for you – black tie is completely optional this year.
The Engineering Talent Awards celebrates the diversity of the engineering and technology profession. The awards aim to raise the profile of the engineering and technology professions across the UK and highlight diversity in engineering on a national platform. Through showcasing role models and inspiring people, we can celebrate the diversity of organisations and engineers.
Category winners of the Engineering Talent Awards 2025 will be announced on the night along with the Overall Excellence in Engineering award.
