Fiona’s varied career has spanned both commercial roles such as energy pricing and front office trading analysis along with HR roles in Leadership, Recruitment and Workforce planning.

More recently, Fiona has led in a role that brings together Diversity and Inclusion and Employer Branding at EDF Energy, where she also founded their Women’s Network.

She is the Deputy President of Women in Nuclear and has held strategic advisory roles as a member on the RAE Diversity Leadership Group and the National Equality Standard.

She now works as in independent consultant, advising companies on how to bring value to their organisations through ensuring they are diverse and inclusive.
