With degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management, Greg joined Rolls-Royce in 2006, working in multiple technical roles within Civil Aerospace. In 2015, he launched Prism, their LGBTQ+ employee network and success here included taking Rolls-Royce to the Stonewall Top 100. Greg became Group Inclusion and Diversity Lead in 2020, supporting the global Rolls-Royce inclusion strategy. In 2022, he progressed to Rolls-Royce SMR as ED&I Manager, with overall accountability for the business. Greg won the ED&I Award at the 2023 Nuclear Skills Awards and has been shortlisted for recognition at the British LGBT Awards, British Diversity Awards and the European Diversity Awards.
