Rebecca is an experienced leader in People, Culture and Talent across different markets, countries and roles. She is currently leading the development of a unique employee experience that directly supports McLaren Racing’s ambitious strategic agenda – to deliver the most exciting and inspiring performance, both on and off the track. Rebecca has also led the creation of McLaren Racing Engage, an exciting new strategic alliance alongside EqualEngineers, the Women’s Engineering Society (WES), The Smallpeice Trust and Creative Access. The aim of McLaren Racing Engage is to inspire young people, particularly those from under-represented groups, into a career in STEM and specifically into a career in Motorsports.
