As founder of the award winning Visualize STEM Club, established in 2010, she has inspired young people to explore creativity, innovation, and engineering through hands-on learning and mentorship. With extensive experience supporting educational initiatives, governance, and industry engagement, Rose is committed to encouraging greater diversity and representation within engineering and technical careers.
