Recognises large employers (>250 employees) that have excelled in creating an inclusive engineering environment and supporting the professional growth of their engineers. 

Judges will be looking for: 

• Evidence of activities to date on what the organisation has been doing in relation to diversity.  

• Evidence of action plans to ensure diversity efforts are focused on as wide an array of strands as possible.    

Eligibility Criteria: 

 Organisations with more than 250 employees focused on engineering.
