Celebrates SMEs (<250 employees) that are committed to advancing diversity and inclusion within the engineering sector and supporting the wellbeing of their staff. 

Judges will be looking for: 

• SMEs that have demonstrated a strong commitment to diversity and have effectively supported the mental health of their employees. 

• Evidence of action plans to ensure diversity efforts are focused on as wide an array of strands as possible.    

Eligibility Criteria: 

 Organisations with fewer than 250 employees and a focus on engineering.
